Open Analysis reporting allows you to get a better idea of where and when your open occur. To access your Open Analysis report, click on the Open Analysis tab found on the Detailed Campaign Report.
The Open Analysis is broken up into three sections: Openers by Geographic Distribution, Openers by Hour, and Openers by Hour of Day.
Openers by Geographic Distribution gives you an idea of where your opens occur. This can help you better target timezones in which to send or content that you offer. It can also give you an insight into how diverse your audience is.
Openers by Hour and Openers by Hour of Day pinpoints what time your users open. Most opens occur shortly after the campaign is sent, however, this can vary depending on your audience. Paying attention to when your customers open can better prepare you for future campaigns.
